Gornje selo is a small village which can be found below the highest peak of the island of Šolta. It dominates with its appearance and position. Gornje selo has many bays such as: Livka, Travna, Stračinska, Grabova and Senjska that are a precious natural resource for the development of tourism and mariculture. This is a town of sailors and fishermen, and was once home to the limestone workers.
