Humac
Dalmatian historical stone object

Humac is an abandoned village situated some 7 km east of Jelsa.
It was formerly a pastoral village established in the 17th century and is situated at a height of 350 metres above sea-level. Situated in untouched nature, it offers a beautiful view over the sea, from both sides of the island. The houses in Humac are considered as an ethnographic monument as they are built of stone, making a unique complex of rural architecture.
