The Medvidina Cave is also situated on the island of Biševo and is very interesting from the geomorphologic point of view.
Its aperture on the sea surface is relatively large, but it narrows towards the inside. The cave is 160 m long and narrows towards the end where it ends on a small beach. The cave is also famous as the habitat of the most endangered of mammals, the Mediterranean Monk Seal.
