Prošek is a quality and supreme quality dessert wine with a controlled designation of origin and is of flowing Mediterranean gold. The colour of the white or red Prošek can vary from amber-yellow to dark-red. The fullness and the pronounced fruit character dominate Prošek evoking passions from the south on the palate.
