Broad-beans and Swiss chard Days – week of the Supetar autochtonous cuisine

Broad-beans and Swiss chard Days gastronomic event is organized in cooperation with the Supetar Tourist Board and Supetar caterers, in honour of Swiss chard, broad-beans and bacon – traditional food of Dalmatian cuisine. This event held in Svpetrus Hotel chain restaurants is aimed to promote Brač as a gastronomic destination and preserve Brač cuisine recipes.
