Organized by the SC Mornar Split and Towns of Komiža and Split, “a completely different regatta” takes place. The St. Nicholas one-man Regatta is unique for the fact that there is only one person on the sailing boats who has to sail the route which lasts for more than a day, completely without help. A common route of this regatta is Split – Blitvenica – Palagruža – Komiža, which is about 160 nautical miles long and takes place around the the period of the festival of St. Nicholas.
