Split - Dalmatia County Tourist Board (Central Dalmatia) as the proprietors of the material Authors Rights over photographs published here, allow journalists to publish them for the purpose of promoting Central Dalmatia, under the condition that together with the published photograph they also cite the author of the relative photograph (as the bearer of the moral authors right) and state Split - Dalmatia County Tourist Board as the photograph source.

Using the present published photographs by other persons or journalists for something other than for the purpose of promoting Central Dalmatia, without the prior explicit approval of the Split - Dalmatia County Tourist Board will be considered a violation of the Author Rights. Violation of the Authors Rights will also be considered should any photographs be published by journalists whose purpose is for the promotion of Central Dalmatia, but who do not cite the author and the source of the photography.
