It is forbidden in Croatia to camp outside recognized camp-sites. An amendment of the Regulations regarding classification, minimum conditions and categorization of the accommodation facilities is in course, in which a new camp-site platform will be introduced. The camp-site platform will be an accommodation facility close to the public highway where guests will have the possibility of staying overnight or to taking temporary residence for a short period of time.
