At the beginning of the 15th century Hrvoje Vučinić Hrvatinić built a fortified country villa above the Vrlika field. This was under Ottoman rule from 1688 until 1523. The view from Vrlika's Prozor is well worth the climb- within your view you have Vrlika, Peručko jezero, Cetina... The climb towards Gradina begins near to Vrlika's Church, from where you have to drive for 1.5 km by car toward Maovice and then 25 minutes of walking along a soil path.
